Turnaround Time

Typical timeline:

  • • Simple garments: 1–2 weeks
  • • Complex garments: 2–4 weeks
  • • Additional revisions: Based on project scope

Pricing

Each sample is quoted individually based on garment complexity, materials, construction details, and required finishing.

Fabric, trims, and special materials are not included unless requested.

$70/hr · $150 project minimum

Billed in 30-minute increments after the minimum. Most fit samples run 4–10 hours of sewing time depending on style.

Bundled with pattern and tech pack work, sample development is included in our Silver/Gold/Platinum development packages.

Do you keep the samples?
No, samples are shipped to you (shipping billed at cost) or available for pickup.
Can you source the fabric for the sample?
Yes, see Fabric & Trim Sourcing. Material costs are billed separately.
Do you sew production runs?
No. We're a development studio. We'll hand you a production-ready package and can introduce you to vetted factories.
